What is the Nutrition Game Changer Program?

The Nutrition Game Changer Program is an 8-week journey that combines nutrition education, mindset shifts, and habit building to help you regain control of your health. It's all about addressing the root cause of your challenges—whether it’s weight management, hormonal imbalances, or simply feeling better in your own skin.

Led by an expert nutrition coach (me!), the program provides weekly live sessions at Immerse Wellness Centre, recorded content for self-paced learning, workbooks, and community support. We’ll cover everything from building a healthy mindset to the science of nutrition—so you’ll walk away with practical tools and strategies that fit seamlessly into your busy life.

Unlike traditional nutrition programs, the Nutrition Game Changer Program takes a holistic approach. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets or restrictive eating. Instead, we focus on nourishing your body in a way that feels good and supports your long-term health. The program follows the CHARMS Framework, a unique method focused on:

  • Self-Compassion: Learning to be kind to yourself throughout your health journey.

  • Moderation: Ditching the “all or nothing” mentality and moving towards balanced eating.

Each week, we’ll dive into a new topic designed to help you progress toward better health. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect:

  • Week 1: The Power of Mindset—We’ll start by addressing the mental side of nutrition and how you can set yourself up for success.

  • Week 3: Healing Your Relationship with Food—Explore emotional eating and food triggers, and learn to make mindful choices.

  • Week 5: Nutrition Myth Busting for Lasting Results—Debunking all the myths and misinformation that is taking you away from your goals and start focusing on what really matter and is factual.

  • Week 7: Effective Movement—Learn how to incorporate enjoyable, sustainable movement into your routine. (psst, nutrition and movement go hand in hand!)
