I'm Sara Tam. My passion and mission is to help you rebuild your relationship with food, reclaim control over your health, and live a vibrant, guilt-free life

I've come to understand that many in our society fail to recognize the significance of nurturing a healthy relationship with food, overlooking its immense value in our lives.

Even healthcare providers such as doctors, nurses, Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist often provide misguided information, and the internet confuses

us with conflicting nutrition advice, leading to frustration.

My passion lies in debunking myths, cutting through the noise, and offering practical, evidence-based guidance to help individuals foster a positive relationship with food and use nutrition as the top prevention tool for health.

I'm here to help you feel calm and in control with food and to finally create a relationship with food that you are proud of.

My journey into the world of health and nutrition was sparked by two deeply personal experiences that shaped my perspective and fueled my passion.

Firstly, my grandmother, a remarkable woman who shaped my early years with her nurturing presence, genuine care and culinary skills. She was the heart of our family, the one who kept us together with her warmth, delicious meals, and the organizer of weekly family gatherings.

Sadly, she passed at a terribly young age of 60 to pancreatic cancer. This left me grappling with a huge sense of regret. "If only I had possessed the knowledge and tools that I knew now, maybe I could have helped her, perhaps her fate could have been different and she may even still be alive to witness the work I get to do. This realization became a driving force behind my commitment to educating others and empowering them to take control of their health.

Secondly, my own struggles with chronic illness and poor health during my late teens and early twenties propelled me towards seeking solutions. Frustrated by feeling weak, ill, and unhappy while my peers thrived, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and education. Through this process, I uncovered the power of a strong nutrition mindset and a healthy relationship with food. These are the foundation to our health outcomes.

My mission is simple yet profound – to share the lessons I've learned and the tools I've discovered to help others overcome their own health challenges and live vibrant, fulfilling lives. I believe that by empowering individuals to create a resilient nutrition mindset and healing their relationship with food, we can break free from the constraints of unhealthy habits and unlock our full potential for health, happiness and joy.
