These no bake, simple, 4 ingredient energy bites is the perfect magic snack! They are cost effective and only take 10 mins to make.

Ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas (cooked - drained & rinsed)
3/4 dried pitted dates
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp Tahini (sesame seed butter); you are welcome to use any other nut of seed butter!
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut for rolling
Directions:
Put all ingredients into the food processor. Blend/Pulse for 1-2 minutes or until everything is well mixed and combined
Take 1/2 tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball. Continue for the rest.
Roll the ball in the shredded coconut and enjoy!
Store in a air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week for freeze for up to 3 months!
