What is the Nutrition Game Changer Program?

The Nutrition Game Changer Program is an 8-week journey that combines nutrition education, mindset shifts, and habit building to help you regain control of your health. It's all about addressing the root cause of your challenges—whether it’s weight management, hormonal imbalances, or simply feeling better in your own skin.

Led by an expert nutrition coach (me!), the program provides weekly live sessions at Immerse Wellness Centre, recorded content for self-paced learning, workbooks, and community support. We’ll cover everything from building a healthy mindset to the science of nutrition—so you’ll walk away with practical tools and strategies that fit seamlessly into your busy life.

Unlike traditional nutrition programs, the Nutrition Game Changer Program takes a holistic approach. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets or restrictive eating.   • Self-Compassion: Learning to be kind to yourself throughout your health journey.
