✦ IMMUNITY WELLNESS SHOT ✦
Immunity Boosting Ginger Shots
Vegan · Gluten-free · Anti-inflammatory · No-cook
Makes: ~16 x 1oz shots · Prep: 10 min · Total: 10 min
SARA’S NOTES
These little shots of magic are one of my favourite things to make as the seasons change
and I can feel my body asking for extra support. Ten minutes, a blender, and a handful of ingredients you probably already have. The ginger gives them a beautiful kick, the lemon and clementine brighten everything up, and the turmeric does its quiet anti-inflammatory work in the background. Don’t skip the black pepper, it activates the turmeric and makes the whole shot more powerful. Make a batch on Sunday and you’re set for the week. 🌿
INGREDIENTS
🍋 CITRUS & ROOTS
4 lemons Juice, freshly squeezed
5 clementines Juice, freshly squeezed
2 roots Fresh ginger, roughly chopped
🪴 SPICES & EXTRAS

1 tsp Turmeric
⅛ tsp Black pepper (don’t skip this!)
1 tbsp Raw honey
1⅓ cups Filtered water
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and well combined.
2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a mason jar or jug, pressing gently to extract as much liquid as possible.
3. Pour into a 1oz shot glass and shoot it back! Enjoy the warmth and tingle.
4. Store the remaining shots in an airtight mason jar in the fridge for up to 7 days. Shake or stir before each serving.

🌿 WHY THIS NOURISHES YOU
Turmeric is one of the most studied anti-inflammatory ingredients in the world, and its active compound curcumin is especially powerful when paired with black pepper, which increases its absorption by up to 2000%. Ginger supports digestion, reduces nausea, and has natural antimicrobial properties that support your immune system from the inside out. Lemon and clementine deliver a hit of vitamin C and antioxidants that support immune defence, skin health, and liver function. Raw honey brings natural antimicrobial compounds and soothes the throat and digestive lining. Together, these ingredients are a genuinely powerful, food-first approach to seasonal wellness.
